Scraping two kitchen knives together to get that classic "shing" sound. Some clanking sounds are also made when the knives touch together. Recorded on iphone 6s and cleaned up in adobe audition.
We filled a glass bottle with water from the kitchen sink, then quickly turned the bottle upside-down. The water made a popping sound as it chugged out, making splashing sounds.

The mundane sound of an energy-efficient dishwasher. Does a great job. I did not lead-in or out so it can be looped, maybe softened and used as ambient background in a kitchen environment.
It is not a constant sound because several alterations are perceived during its reproduction, there are moments when it is soft, strong, slow, etc. It was activated the moment a person chopped potatoes.
The sound of washing up by hand. The sink is run then glasses and cups are washed up followed by cutlery and crockery. Finally pots and pans are washed before the plug is pulled.
An extactor hood starting to work, running for a couple of seconds and stops. I decided to not record the switch on, switch off because it didn't "sound right" to me. Coffee is served from a coffee pot into a cup, then the cup is placed on a saucer. Recorded with a zoom h4n portable recorder. Edited a bit in audacity to raise the level of the coffee pouring sound and lower the level of the saucer impact sound.

I dont have a nice mic bc i had to pack up so fast but i have my at2020 which is better than nothing.
